Therapy for Anxiety

Anxiety is one of the most common reasons for starting therapy. The thing is, anxiety isn’t one size fits all. It can show up in many ways. Racing thoughts, trouble sleeping, overthinking, irritability, feeling tense- all signs of anxiety. Whether it’s situational anxiety, social anxiety, long lasting, or high functioning anxiety- I understand the impact this can have on your life. I help my clients break through anxiety to build confidence and find peace. During sessions we work together to explore the origins of anxiety, what feeds it, and how to cope. I’m passionate about helping my clients build self compassion and self acceptance. Just like anxiety isn’t one size fits all, same for creating an anxiety treatment plan. The best anxiety treatment is one catered specifically for you.

Therapy for Fertility

Fertility concerns and family planning can bring up a lot of emotions- anxiety, excitement, grief, hope… Sometimes it can feel like too much and you’re not sure if you can keep going; If you can handle the waiting, the scheduling, the uncertainty. I am dedicated to supporting women through their fertility journey to feel empowered and supported. It’s already hard enough, no one should feel alone through their fertility journey. Whether you’re in the early days of trying to conceive or been holding hope for some time- I help women process their emotions, explore decisions, and build intentional coping skills to get through it. I have completed all three parts of the mental health professional trainings from the American Society for Reproductive Medicine providing me specialized education on fertility, treatment interventions, and family building. I have experience supporting clients with egg freezing, IUI (Intrauterine insemination), IVF (In vitro fertilization), egg and sperm donation, gestational carriers, and adoption.

Therapy for People Pleasing

We are hardwired to need social connection. Relationships- friends, family, romantic- can be such a source of joy and fulfillment in our lives. So what happens when we notice our relationships can also be a source of stress? Many of my clients find themselves falling into people pleasing patterns in their relationships. They might say “yes” when they want to say no, settle for less than they deserve, extend themselves to the point there is no time for themselves- Trust me, I get it! What this often leads to overtime is feeling disconnected, resentful, and burned out. I help my clients reconnect with their values, identify their needs, and set boundaries to build healthier and happier relationships. I see my clients feel relief when they start to put themselves first!
